When it comes to managing our clientele we have to hope for the best and plan for the worst
As much as we wish every client we meet will be a dream client and it will all flow perfectly, generally there are a handful that just don’t work out. Sometimes it’s a re-do, some times it’s a late guest, sometimes it’s a pesky no-show and sometimes it’s a client that you have no choice but to fire.
