When it comes to managing our clientele we have to hope for the best and plan for the worst

As much as we wish every client we meet will be a dream client and it will all flow perfectly, generally there are a handful that just donโ€™t work out.  Sometimes itโ€™s a re-do, some times itโ€™s a late guest, sometimes itโ€™s a pesky no-show and sometimes itโ€™s a client that you have no choice but to fire. No matter the case Iโ€™m here to give you the words to overcome the challenge.

Hi-lights you wonโ€™t want to miss:

>>>(1:16)-What happens the more often you have difficult conversations

>>>(4:13)-The very first step to take in handling late clients, before even talking to them

>>>(12:05)-My strategies for handling last minute cancellations

>>>(16:35)-Why I feel that a re-do is always the stylistโ€™s fault โ€“ and what are the red flags to look for

>>>(27:00)-What to do if itโ€™s you that messed up

>>>(27:53)-The best way to handle the โ€œbreak-upโ€ and what you can do to make it as painless as possible
