Who can attend XClub Retreat?
XClub Retreat is exclusively for members of the Thrivers Society community. Whether you’re a salon owner, independent stylist, educator, or leader inside our programs, this space is designed for ambitious beauty professionals ready to grow, connect, and elevate together.
What is the refund policy?
All retreat payments are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, tickets may be transferred prior to the transfer deadline. Because of the level of customization, planning, and contracted event commitments involved, we are unable to offer refunds.
What airport should I fly into and where will the retreat be held?
Our 2027 X Club Retreat will take place at Grand Hyatt Deer Valley June 13–16, 2027.
The closest airport is Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC), located approximately 35–40 minutes from the resort.
Is the retreat the same every year?
Not even close and that’s what makes it special. Every XClub Retreat is completely reimagined based on the location, venue, experiences, and season of business we’re in together. While the heart of the retreat stays the same, the details, activations, education, and atmosphere evolve every single year. This will be our 3rd annual retreat, and we truly cannot wait to blow you away.
What is included in my ticket?
Your retreat ticket includes access to all main stage education, breakout sessions, retreat experiences, networking opportunities, and select meals throughout the event. Additional add-ons, upgraded experiences, and personalized opportunities may also be available.
