DAY 1, Sunday, May 17 | Land & Let Go
Welcome to San Antonio.
Check into your room, exhale, and settle in before the magic begins.
That evening, join us for Sips & Introductions, a full dinner soiree with cocktails and conversations. Cocktail attire encourages (aka: whatever makes you feel like your best self).

DAY 2, Monday, May 18 | Drink from the Firehose
We’re diving in headfirst.
This day will be packed with keynotes, insights, and aha-moments that will have you furiously typing, underlining, and side-eyeing your notes like, “Oh, THAT’S why I’m stuck.”
You don’t need to do anything yet. Just recieve, absorb, and let it all hit.

DAY 3, Tuesday May 19 | Put It to Work
Today, we roll up our sleeves.
You’ll be working in small groups, peer circles, and interactive sessions to apply what you learned. This is where it all starts to click: the shift from “inspiration” to “implementation.”
We wrap the work with a well-earned poolside hangout (mocktail, cocktail, emotional breakthrough, totally your call).

DAY 4, Wednesday May 20 | Speak It. Share It. Seal It.
We close the retreat with heart.
Expect mic-drop moments from Britt, space for Thrivers to share their wins, shifts, and WTFs, and a group celebration that’s part release, part recommitment. We’ll toast to all you’ve done and all that’s coming next.

Can I attend if I am not in XClub?
The XClub Retreat is exclusively for approved XClub members with an active Thrivers Society membership. If you’re not a member yet, you can apply here. It’s free and required to attend.
How large is the event?
We cap the retreat at 100 attendees to keep it intimate and impactful. This ensures deep connections, meaningful conversations, and real access to speakers and peers.
What’s included in my ticket?
- 4 days of keynotes, workshops, and experiences
- 3-night hotel stay at the JW Marriott San Antonio
- Breakfast and lunch Days 2-4
- A Welcome Party with dinner and drinks
- A signature swag bag curated just for you
- All official retreat programming and materials
What’s not included?
- Travel to and from the hotel
- Dinners (except for the Welcome Party)
- Optional add-ons: Spa Experience, Educator Mastermind, or extra hotel nights
What is the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable. However, if your plans change, you may transfer your ticket to another approved XClub Member.
I have dietary requirements, will they be accommodated?
Yes! We’ll send out an attendee onboarding survey where you can submit all important details -including dietary restrictions- so we can plan accordingly with the hotel.
