What's Thrivers Society XClub?
Thrivers Society launched in 2015 and by 2017 something amazing and unexpected started happening…
Dozens of members were reporting that they had doubled or even tripled their income within their first two years in the program.
This is a huge accomplishment for any stylist or salon owner, but to see incredible growth in such a short period of time is something truly exceptional that we knew we needed to celebrate.

2x & 3x Awards
Our 2X and 3X awards formally launched in 2021 as a way to celebrate those who had at a minimum doubled or tripled their income (some of our members have 10Xed their income!)
Time Award
Our Time award launched in 2023 as a way to celebrate those who have scaled their schedule back by at least 25% while sustaining or increasing their monthly income.
Lead Award
Our Lead X award launched in 2023 as a way to celebrate salon owners who have increased gross salon revenue by 25% and show up as true leaders for their community and team.
6 & 7 Figure Circle Awards*
Our 6 & 7 Figure Circle awards formally launched in late 2025 as a way to celebrate those who had hit a minimum milestone of $100,000 in gross personal income or a minimum of $1,000,000 in salon or business income! The 6-Figure Circle has additional personal income milestone distinctions for: $200k, $250k, $300k, $400k, $500k, and $550k
