Hi Thrivers! My name is Carly Giroux. I’m so excited to be a coach in this Signature community! I bring all the positive energy and lead with compassion and empathy while encouraging you in making big things happen for you and your business.

My specialty is in pricing, so I’m here to answer any/all questions about the pricing calculator and how to use this tool to structure your pricing!

More About Me and My Story

After a year of being a long term substitute teacher, I realized it wasn’t making me happy. I told my husband I wanted to do something that made people smile every day and it clicked that I should go to cosmetology school.

It was love at first blowout.

I enrolled 14 years ago, got my license in 2010, and I’m even more obsessed with this industry than ever!

But when I returned from maternity leave, I was lost on how to grow my business, rebuild my clientele, and grow my salon. I was in another online educational program, and people kept talking about how amazing Thrivers Society was.

When I found Thrivers, it truly felt like a lighthouse.

I couldn’t believe there was a program that taught you how to build your business from the ground up.

I’ve 5X my income since being a Thriver, am booked with all dream clients and services, and work my dream schedule. I feel so grateful for finding Britt and am proud to call myself a Thriver!

Behind the chair, I work two days a week, specializing in curly haircuts and low maintenance color as well as bridal styling and extensions. My salon, Aria Collective, is a 1000 square foot space that I share with one rental stylist and one employee esthetician. Its sister company, Aria Weddings, is a bridal hair and makeup team with 10 artists, and I’m proud to say it hit six figures in 2022!

When I’m not in the salon or coaching, I’m a proud wife and momma to two boys, so I’m often shuttling them around in my minivan or hanging out on the baseball or soccer field. I love musical theater, playing board games with friends, traveling (mostly to Disneyland and Hawaii), true crime podcasts, and all things Harry Potter.
