Hi everyone! I’m Lauren and I’m super excited to be a Thriving Stylist Signature coach! I coach from the heart but I’m not afraid to give it to you straight because I truly believe that you can do anything you want with the right people in your corner cheering you on.

As the Target Market and Branding specialist, I can’t wait to dig into your guest experience and help build the perfect brand for your dream client. I have spent a lot of time figuring out my own brand and loved it, so I can’t wait to do it with you

More About Me and My Story

I was five the first time I talked about becoming a stylist.

My mom used to take me to the salon as a child. I loved the atmosphere and how cool everyone was. I had always felt like a misfit toy that didn’t fit in, but the salon felt like home.

15 years ago, I got my license and started working behind the chair. In 2019, two weeks before my second child was born, I took Wealthiest Year Yet and the wheels started turning. I realized the last 13 years in this industry that nearly broke me.

And after coming back to the salon after maternity leave, I realized something.

I had to be the one to make the difference to get back to a place where I fell back in love with doing hair.

I worked for two weeks, and walked out in the middle of my shift. I knew I needed to make this new life work, and fast, and that's when I decided to dive into Thrivers Society.

Thrivers saved my business when the bottom was falling out and I could never be more thankful for that education.

I passionately see the good in the beauty industry and how we can be the change to lead ourselves to truly beautiful lives, but also lead others with the groundwork we lay now.
