Want to Join the X Club?

1. Make sure you meet the qualifications for each membership you’d like to apply for:

  • 2X Membership
    • Member of any Thrivers Society method for at least one year
    • Provide necessary documentation to prove you doubled your annual income during your time as a Thriver.**
  • 3X Membership
    • Member of any Thrivers Society method for at least one year
    • Provide necessary documentation to prove you tripled your annual income during your time as a Thriver.**
  • Time Membership
    • Member of any Thrivers Society method for at least one year
    • Provide necessary documentation to prove you sustained/increased your income while reducing your schedule by at least 25%.** 
  • Lead Membership
    • Member of Thrivers Society for at least one year
    • Provide necessary documentation to prove salon gross revenue grew at least 25% year-over-year.**
    • Provide 3 stylist recommendations
    • Provide evidence of a working, efficient marketing funnel

4. A PDF of your salon’s baseline gross revenue report for one year from your booking system or legal tax document**.

  • No screenshots or .csv files, please.
  • May include service sales and retail sales.
  • May NOT include revenue earned as an educator or through other business revenue sources.
  • This report’s date range must not begin earlier than one year before you joined Thrivers Society.
    For example: If you joined Thrivers in 2020, you must provide a gross revenue report for 2019 and then a current gross revenue report showing that you increased your income by at least 25% since joining.

    Take line 7 on your 2019 form, multiply it by 0.25 and add that number to the number on line 7 of the same form. The number on line 7 of your current form should be at least equal to that number.

If you don’t qualify for Thrivers Society XClub, don’t worry! We believe every single person in this industry is capable of doubling/tripling their annual income, scaling back their business, increasing salon revenue by 25%, and/or reaching 6 or even 7 figures of income!

All you need is the right tools. And luckily, as a member of Thrivers Society, you have them waiting for you right in your portal! If you read through the X Club qualifications and thought, “I’m not quite there,” here’s what to do next:

  • Set a goal to achieve the 2X, 3X, Time, Lead, 6 Figure Circle, or 7 Figure Circle membership in the next 365 days.

When do XClub applications open?

Applications are open year-round and reviewed weekly. You can expect to hear back within 7 days of applying!

Do I need to apply again if I’m already in XClub?

No. As long as you have an active Thrivers membership, there is no need to reapply!

If I cancel my Thrivers Society membership, will I still be an XClub member?

You must have an active Thrives Society membership to access any of the additional and continuous perks (see below for more).

How long do I need to be a Thrivers Society member until I can apply?

At least one year.
